Brinkley says husband's affair shattered her world
By FRANK ELTMAN Associated Press Writer CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (AP) - Christie Brinkley testified at her divorce trial Thursday that the day she learned her husband was having an affair with a teenager was the day her world was "completely shattered."

Rape charge dropped against Poison drummer
By CHRIS TALBOTT Associated Press Writer JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - A rape charge against Rikki Rockett has been dropped after authorities determined that the Poison drummer was not in the state at the time of the alleged crime.

Tatum O'Neal pleads guilty to disorderly conduct
NEW YORK (AP) - Tatum O'Neal has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in connection with her June cocaine possession arrest in lower Manhattan. Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Elisa Koenderman (KEN'-dehr-man) has ordered the 44-year-old actress to spend two half-day sessions in a drug treatment program and pay a $95 surcharge.
